Age 39, of Saint Paul. Theresa died on April 30, 2018 surrounded by her family.  Preceded in death by her grandparents Mr. and Mrs. John Garske and Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Krosky. She is survived by her parents Paul and Nancy Garske and her brother John Garske; also her adopted family Janelle, Lori, Judy, Raina, Kari and Colleen and her cousins, aunts and uncles.  Theresa was a loving daughter, sister, granddaughter and friend. She was diagnosed with melanoma in 2000. It returned in January of 2017. She had four surgeries and chemo from May 2017 thru 2018. In February of 2018 she suffered two cardiac arrests. She also developed cancer in the leg, lungs and brain which lead to a stroke. Theresa was the very first State of Minnesota Miss Amazing Senior Queen in 2013. She was 3rd runner up in Nationals held in Nebraska in August of 2013. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM Thursday, May 3rd, at the Church of Saint John the Evangelist, 380 E. Little Canada Rd., Little Canada, MN. Visitation at church one hour prior to Mass Thursday.  Burial will be private at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
